Adult Dance

Dance is not just for the young but the YOUNG AT HEART as well.

HAC School of Dance offers all dance styles for adults. Studies show Dance helps the circulatory system and muscle groups while maintaining a healthy way to stay fit. Dance gives your body an overall work-out from your head to your toes.

Jazz and Tap

Class Overview

Our program is designed to get you moving whether you're a beginner, have some dance background or a well trained dancer. Our goal is to work your body as well as your mind. So go on and challenge yourself & take a dance class.

Beginning a Class

A great beginning program may consist of 2 classes a week to include tap and jazz. Tap is a fun, rhythmical way to learn making sounds with your shoes to the various beats of music. Jazz is a class full of stretches and expressive movements to music, again, stressing on movement to the beat of the music. It's highly fun, energetic and on the verge of cardio.

Class Schedule and Pricing

Monday from 8:30 pm- 9:25 pm: Adult Tap
Tuesday from 8:30 pm- 9:25 pm: Adult Jazz

$45 a month for 1 class per week, or $67 a month for 2 classes per week

Private Lessons

Private and semi-private classes are available upon request.
