It’s all about the center! We will focus on balance and core strength, as well as, developing the core to help maintain good posture, balance and a healthy back.

As part of our Power Stretch class, we will use various approaches to increase flexibility utilizing different tools and techniques weekly. This class will relieve muscle tension and increase relaxation throughout the body!

If you are looking for a calorie burning, fat blasting workout, this class is for you. This functional fitness program incorporates the 10 basic elements of fitness training; agility, balance, speed, power, accuracy, stamina, coordination, flexibility, strength and cardio. The use of toys in this class is endless, so if you are looking for a great workout come join us!
eXplode
Does challenging your abilities in order to further your level of fitness sound like you? If so, eXplode is the perfect class for you! While many people are somewhat intimidated by the technical aspects of lifts, jumps and power variations, you will learn several ways that even beginners can quickly and efficiently perform these exercises. Over the next 6 weeks you will be challenged both in class and with at home assignments that will be sure to get you the results you are looking for.
Kettlebell 101
Kettlebells are a great tool to gain strength and burn calories. In this small group setting, you will become more comfortable and efficient using kettlebells from the basic swing to the overhead snatch. Each week, one or two new exercises will be taught. Once the skills have been mastered, we will take your knowledge to a new level and perform more aggressive workouts. If you have been apprehensive to join a kettlebell class or if you have been attending classes but want a more customized workout, this class is for you!
Combine 360 “featuring the ViPR”
Competitive DNA is the cornerstone of combine training. C- 360 is a 3D approach to full body training. When you are ready to push past your “perceived” limits, enter the world of combine training. Persevere is a 6 week circuit training program that is based on MMA training. This class is designed to burn calories, develop and tone muscles, build stamina and increase strength, speed and power. Fit4Baby
Fit4Baby, is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. Fit4Baby classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching and balancing exercises.
According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy. It can help prepare you for labor and childbirth.
Intro to Fitness
Are you someone who has never stepped foot in a gym? Is the last time you worked up a sweat when you were in High School P.E. class? Now that you took the first step to health and wellbeing don’t be intimidated. This class will give you the fundamentals you need to understand how to use different tools when working out. At the end of your sessions you will walk into the gym and feel comfortable getting on any machine or picking up a weight.
