Denise Boyle
“Raising the Bar through Motivation and Positive Reinforcement!”
Denise is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also certified as an APEX Fitness Professional in Weight Management and with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) through a certification course in Foundations for the Health and Fitness Professional. Denise completed the courses for the Jumpstart Program in MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) in 2006 and is also certified as a Kinesis Coach, TRX Suspension Trainer, and GTS Gravity Instructor. In January 2009, Denise became a Master Trainer at the Hockessin Athletic Club.
Denise has successfully helped clients lose weight, gain lean muscle and make a lifestyle change to meet their fitness goals on the APEX Weight Management program which also included training one of the 2005 LifeStyle Challenge participates who lost 30 pounds in 3 months!
Denise enjoys seeing her clients succeed in achieving their fitness goals with a new level of self confidence. Motivation and positive reinforcement are vital and Denise views fitness as a lifestyle change. She believes that partnering with clients to design an effective program that encompasses proper nutrition, cardio, flexibility, core, balance and strength training is the key for long term success.
