Jo-Jo Riccardi-Goldfarb

Jo-Jo received her certificate through NASM. She is an experienced cyclist and has been a fitness trainer for many years. Jo-Jo uses various techniques to meet her clients health and fitness goal. Her program can consist of balance, core, strength, flexibility, power, speed and/or agility. Within each area there she has taken members to different levels in training. Jo-Jo knows the importance to know the correct design for each of her clients.

Jo-Jo likes to use Pylometrics, core building, proprioceptively challenging movements, circuit training, compound movements, pyramid system, split routines, drills, and endurance. When these are combined the impact on her clients has been tremendous. She has watched them grow stronger, lose weight, and a change in their health. She likes to use many different techniques to avoid a halt in progress. This way their body does not get too use to the same workouts. Weight loss and medical issues has a big impact on how we workout so finding the correct exercises is key in to her for the clients program. Different variables are also to be considered to get the outcome desired. Jo-Jo believes she is very attune with her clients needs and wants. She likes to create a program where the client enjoys what they are doing and progresses on a continuing basis. It is important to her that one feels empowered in reaching their goals and beyond.
