Josh Hill

Josh has always been involved in a variety of sports and recreational activities from SCUBA diving to racing in triathlons of all distances up to and including full Ironman distance. Wanting to help others reach their goals in fitness and in life, Josh obtained a degree from the University of Delaware in Health Behavior Science with a concentration in Fitness Management. Having been around serious athletic competition and in and out of physical therapy, he knows what it takes in order to physically and mentally prepare oneself for whatever the task at hand may be, while proactively taking steps to prevent injury.
The road to great success is hard to make on your own, but Josh has the knowledge and skill set to help get you there all while making it an enjoyable and rewarding experience. If you are willing to commit to your goals and put in your best effort, Josh will gladly match your dedication and support you all the way.
