Katrina has always been an athlete and an avid fitness enthusiast. After graduating, she worked in Banking for 10 + years, but never gave up her fitness goals and competitive edge. After having her two children, she decided that her true calling was in the world of fitness.
Katrina left her desk behind and obtained her Personal Training Certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). After joining the team at Hockessin Athletic Club, she also attained certifications in Gravity Training Systems and TRX Instructing. She believes that you can never stop learning about the evolving world of fitness and becoming a better trainer for her clients.
