Kristi graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Psychology in 1996. In 2004, after the birth of her three children, she graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and became certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. By working in a physical therapy center for two years, she gained valuable experience assisting therapists in treating patients utilizing both aquatic and land based exercises. During this time, she developed a passion for working with people who have special needs.

Voted most highly rated employee at Hockessin Athletic Club in 2008 and HAC Employee of the Month in July 2010, Kristi's upbeat and positive attitude make training enjoyable and interesting. Her years as a gymnast, coach, and physical therapy and exercise tech have given her an edge as a trainer.
