Lindsey Slusser

“Fitness has to be about more than just sweating. It has to be fun, or else it won’t become a habit you can stick with.”

Specialties:
Pre- and Post-Natal
Health and Weight Loss

Lindsey graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and completed her coursework towards a master’s degree in Biomechanics. Along the way, she realized that the world of sports and health research was not for her, and that her skills were better suited to work one-on-one with “real” people to help them achieve better health.

She received her certification in personal training from the American Council on Exercise in 2004. She has also received her certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a specialization in Pre/Post Natal Fitness.

Sports and exercise have always been a part of her life. She was a competitive swimmer, softball, and volleyball player through high school. She has trained for and competed in a combination of half marathons, full marathons, and triathlons, and is a mother of two.
