Rachael Ling
"Hard work beats talent…when talent doesn’t work hard."
Rachael graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors degree in Dietetics and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Rachael works as a personal trainer, club nutritionist, TRX instructor, and Assistant Fitness Director. She acts as a resource to fellow coworkers as well as to the membership population through nutrition counseling, instruction, and personal training. Rachael’s work experience includes 8 + years in hospitality, Public Relations, and Human Resources. Her experience also extends to time spent working at local nursing homes, McKean High School, and several hospitals including, Christiana and A.I. DuPont. Through these endeavors, Rachael brings to the table a genuine passion for assisting others. She embraces one-on-one involvement, and excels as a mentor and coach to each client no matter what his or her background or goals may be.
As an athlete and competitive horseback rider, Rachael thrives on working hard both mentally and physically. Exercise, training, and proper nutrition are what allow her to keep at the top of her game. She believes this aspect of her life has taught her accountability and focus. This drive that exists in her personal life also flows over to her professional time and allows her to better facilitate and motivate each client.
