Whether playing a sport or being a parent who plays with his or her children every day, Ron believes all people are “everyday athletes.” His training is based around basic human movement, which has better carry-over into the “real” world, and still produces great physical results.
Ron feels being in shape isn’t simply about looking better, it’s about feeling better and improving your quality of life. One highlight during Ron’s nine year career as a personal trainer has been helping a client finally lose her walking cane for good and greatly improving her level of fitness. She lost 50 pounds in the process and has never felt better!
Ron feels his role as a personal trainer isn’t simply about bringing clients results. It’s also about getting clients to embrace fitness so that they will stick with it for a lifetime. So whether you’re looking to shed some pounds or you want to improve your performance, Ron has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness goals.
