Susan has been certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has been Personal Training for 4 years. She is experienced in athletic training, weight management and general fitness. She works closely with all her clients to develop individual programs to meet their specific fitness goals. Susan has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels in weight, aerobic, and circuit training. She is certified in the TRX Suspension Training, a revolutionary body-weight training system born in the US Navy Seals. Susan is also a nationally qualified figure competitor.
