Brandon has been involved in the sports and fitness industry his entire life. He played soccer for Salesianum School where he earned all-state honors three times, and through college at The University of Scranton, where he gained all-conference honors and a degree in International Studies. He was also invited to professional combines and played for semi-professional teams. Brandon is a seasoned competitive triathlete. He qualified for and competed at Nationals in just his first year and continues to do so each year since. Brandon earned his certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is a Certified Running Technique Specialist and uses the Pose Method of Running, teaching efficiency and leading to the prevention of injury. Brandon is also actively involved in our Triathlon Club and is an IRONMAN certified coach.
To date, Brandon has helped many athletes of all levels improve their performance. Two that really stand out include coaching one of his clients to an all-state accolade and another he led to complete their first triathlon. Brandon also has experience as a Physical Therapy Technician. He, therefore, has the knowledge to work with someone recovering from injury. He prides himself on developing programs that not only work towards the long-term goals of the athlete but also in a manner that will decrease the risk of injury and extend the athletic career of the individual.
