Clayton is a Certifed Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Clayton specializes in helping clients at any fitness level restore proper movement patterns and correcting muscle imbalances. By doing so, clients reap the benefits of strength gains, better performance, and most importantly decreasing the risk of injury. He also excels at training athletes of all ages and disciplines, as well as anyone seeking assistance in weight loss and improving over-all quality of life.
Clayton is truly passionate about helping individuals be the very best they can be. He makes it a priority to help his clients understand that training isn’t just about results; it is also equipping them to live healthy and fulfilling lives while realizing their fullest potential.
Recruited by Messiah College in 2009, Clayton played men’s lacrosse at the NCAA Division III level as a mid-fielder. It’s through this experience he learned first hand what training hard entails and how growth only happens when challenging both the mind and body. He also learned that working hard is more difficult without having a purpose behind it. This philosophy has really stuck with him in any endeavor he pursues. He makes sure to remind his clients, regardless what their goals may be, of this very fact.
