Garrett is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has a B.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with minors in Exercise Science and Athletic Coaching.  He also played two years of Division One Ultimate Frisbee while attending WCU. He has been coaching Middle School Sports (Boys and Girls Soccer and Boys Basketball) at the Independence School for the last 5 years. 
Garrett’s personal philosophy for fitness is work hard, have fun, try new things, and continue to push yourself. He brings that same attitude and energy to personal training. Always looking to expand his knowledge, he loves to bring creative, new ideas to his high intensity and individualized workout routines. He enjoys training athletes and those looking to lose some weight, build some muscle, or just trying to become more fit overall.
