Rachael has been in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has her B.S. in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. Rachael has worked with clients of every age and ability, including seniors and special populations. She has worked closely with doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists and has an extensive background in pre-surgical and post-rehabilitation training. She is also certified as A Walk with Ease instructor through the Arthritis Foundation and as a Matter of Balance Coach through Maine Health.


As a mother of 3, Rachael understands not only the struggle, but the importance of making time to take care of yourself. Rachael designs her workouts to not only fit your schedule, but incorporates exercises to help improve your everyday life while supporting your hobbies and interest. Rachael believes in exercise for life- she can help you train for a specific event, to increase health, lose weight or to just be a better you.
