STRONG Women's Self Defense Program

You are worth defending

STRONG is geared toward equipping women with tools to confidently defend themselves. Each class features key defense lessons and techniques. 


The best part? The self-defense techniques are based on leverage and timing, eliminating any dependence on physical strength, coordination, age, or flexibility.


Participants will learn skills like

  • Wrist Release

  • Front Choke Defense

  • Hair Grab Defense

  • Get Up & Get Out

  • Clamp & Roll

  • Triangle Choke

  • Power Slap

  • Guillotine Choke

  • Shrimp Escape

  • Rear Attack Defense

  • Weapons Defense
