It’s never too late to learn, and it’s never been too long to start again.


The HAC Adult Martial Arts program focuses on mastering your mind, emotions, and body. Martial Arts can help you develop greater emotional stability, awareness, assertiveness, self-confidence and lessen aggressive feelings. Physically, it provides a complete full-body cardiovascular and strength workout that targets multiple muscle groups, contributing towards weight loss goals and improved overall fitness.


Our Adult program teaches practical self-defense moves, katas (detailed patterns of movement), and sparring using the styles of American Kenpo Karate as influenced by Ed Parker and the Tracy Brothers. Nathan Bassett, 3rd Degree Black Belt, will be your instructor and guide you through the journey of learning and cultivating your skills.


Through practice and dedication, Martial Arts will encourage you to dig deep, uncover where you are stuck, and move through mental and physical blocks to make positive changes. Join Nathan and a community of adults working toward their goals and accomplishing them!
