10-WEEK PROGRAM

Finish Your Race Strong


Have you been running 5k races and are frustrated that your time never improves? Are you a person who feels like they have one speed? Do you start a race strong and then find yourself having to walk or slow your pace in order to finish.


This class is designed to teach you how to start and finish a race and more importantly run a strong race.​


10 week program facilitated by certified Personal Training and Level I USATF certified running Coach Jen Besten. Weekly sessions are geared towards the 5-10K runners looking to improve speed and pace. This is a seasonal program.
