About Gabriel


While attending Delaware Military Academy, Gabe’s journey of sculpting his physique in the weight room took off and developed into a deep-seated love for weightlifting, eventually inspiring him to enroll at the University of Delaware to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and attain his personal training certification through NASM. During his freshman year at the university, Gabe also began training to become a beach lifeguard, which further challenged him to improve as a swimmer, runner, and bodybuilder. Gradually, he progressed from a novice struggling to complete laps in the pool, to a capable swimmer mastering mile-long open-ocean swims and from toiling through 5k runs to conquering half marathons. 


At an early age, Gabe’s life was deeply intertwined within the world of sports and a commitment to an active lifestyle. During his middle and high school years, Gabe’s passion for basketball and track and field allowed him to compete against athletes from across the United States and abroad. 


Gabe’s dedication to his training regimen has persisted through the years. He defines his approach as functional bodybuilding, emphasizing hypertrophy for muscle growth and motor control mixed with functional training to improve daily movement patterns. Gabe currently holds the position of Lieutenant at North Shores Beach Patrol where he trains new recruits and supervises daily operations. Gabe also competes for the United States Lifesaving Association (USLA), where he and his landline team placed third in the country in their first ever appearance competing on the national stage. As a trainer, his goal is to instill in his clients the same passion for physical fitness he has developed throughout his own life and demonstrate the impact of goal-setting, consistency, and perseverance on successfully achieving personal wellness goals whether it’s in the gym, pool, on the field, or pavement.
