Hot Classes
A creative sequencing of fluid postures and transitions that synchronizes movement and breath. It's an energetic vinyasa class that cultivates grace, strength, balance, transformation, and waves of freedom with movement.
A set sequence of postures to align, strengthen, and balance your mind and body. In this class, you will develop a strong foundation and a deeper level of focus, flexibility, and concentration.
An early morning blend of our Flow and Align classes. This class includes sun salutations, and it is an invigorating and rhythmic practice that warms your body, clears your mind, and opens your heart. A great way to start your day.
A unique flow-style class that connects the spiritual and physical exploration of your practice. Toned, precise movements and transitions paired with mindful breathing plants seeds to develop, challenge, and strengthen your postures.
An invigorating power flow set to lively music. Enhance your workouts and get empowered with flexibility, strength, and improved balance and stamina. Powerful yoga flows challenge you and optimize your athletic performance.
A disciplined flow class that is a progressive series of postures. This traditional class is based on the ancient Ashtanga primary series sequence that allows numerous plans and opportunity to explore various levels of your practice.
A two-part workshop series that teaches the fundamentals of yoga. Foundation classes are slower-paced, interactive classes with emphasis on learning poses, safety, correct alignment, and breathing techniques. Great for all levels.
An all-levels class that uses soft rollers and MELT® Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Eliminate stress, reduce inflammation, ease pain, improve alignment, and more. Please note this is not a yoga class.
