What you put in your body determines how efficiently it works for you, how you feel, and the results you’ll get in any goal you may be trying to achieve. One of our Registered Dietitians will sit down with you and individualize a plan that will help you meet your goals.
Nutrition is a very complex subject when it comes to the human body, and having an expert in your corner is sure to get you closer to your ultimate goal faster.
What to Expect
When you meet with one of our dietitians, they'll do an in-depth assessment of what you’re currently eating, how often, what your goals are, and what foods you are and are not willing to try. From there, together, you'll develop a customized meal plan, and depending on the package you choose, follow up as needed to make sure you’re on track and provide adjustments to the plan when you’re hitting plateaus.

Nutrition for Anyone, Including Special Populations
Personalized session includes review of food journal, goal setting, identification of personal obstacles, and recommendations of lifestyle changes along with basic nutrition education to help you meet your personal goals.
These sessions are for existing nutrition clients looking to keep up their momentum and staying on track of their goals. Sessions include weighing/measuring, journal review, discussion of progress, and goal setting.
This joint session includes review of exercise and diet history, goal setting, basic nutrition education, and recommendations of lifestyle changes to work as a team to meet personal goals.
Non - Member Pricing
The first session includes review of food journal, goal setting, identification of personal obstacles, and recommendations of lifestyle changes along with basic nutrition education to help you meet your personal goals. Second session includes personalized exercise and nutrition goals and teaching of basic behavior modification for implementing lifestyle changes for long-term success.
Lifestyle Change Package
See “start-up package” plus three accountability sessions.
This package includes the initial “couples session” and two additional individual one-hour sessions. The couples option is a great for achieving personal success while understanding how each individual’s habits influence both partners.
