Every body is different, and our nutrition should be, too.
You know the saying — you are what you eat
Learn what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat.
We all know the basics, right? Apple is good, donut is bad. But what happens when you want to go deeper than that? When you want to know why you’re training hard but your bodyfat composition hasn’t changed, or why you can’t seem to knock those last couple seconds off of your run time no matter how hard you try?
What you put in your body determines how efficiently it works for you, how you feel, and the results you’ll get in any goal you may be trying to achieve. One of our Registered Dietitians will sit down with you and individualize a plan that will help you meet your goals.
Nutrition is a very complex subject when it comes to the human body, and having an expert in your corner is sure to get you closer to your ultimate goal faster.
What to Expect
When you meet with one of our dietitians, they'll do an in-depth assessment of what you’re currently eating, how often, what your goals are, and what foods you are and are not willing to try. From there, together, you'll develop a customized meal plan, and depending on the package you choose, follow up as needed to make sure you’re on track and provide adjustments to the plan when you’re hitting plateaus.
