Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is a class of 4-12 people led by one of our certified personal trainers.
Our small group personal training classes are great for those who prefer more instructor attention in a small setting who are determined to feel their best and take care of their mental and physical health. Your instructor is a certified personal trainer who will work closely with every person in the group to push your body. Having a personal trainer in such a small group ensures that you're getting educated and that you have someone motivating you and pushing you, but it also gives you accountability. Someone keeping you on track and inspiring you to work hard no matter what. Our trainers will challenge you and help you reach your goals and make improvements so that you're making the changes to feel your best!
We offer many small group personal training classes, including Aqua SGPT, Boost, Core & Restore, FIT, Golf Specific Training, HAC Crew, IBOD, Kettlebell Strong, K-Strong Met-Con, Outdoor Bootcamp, Power, Posture Core & Balance, Strength Training for Runners, and TRX. Our instructors are excited to work more closely with you to ensure that you're pushing yourself while learning proper techniques to get the most out of every workout.
