Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is a class of 4-12 people led by one of our certified personal trainers.
Get tailored instruction from one of our certified personal trainers who will push you and help you meet your goals.
Working out in a group setting is guaranteed built-in motivation, additional accountability, and fun.
Learn proper technique and exercise in a safe but challenging fitness program that's geared toward your growth.

All classes serve Club Members ages 14+ only.
