Heel, toe, heel, toe!
Studies have shown that dancing helps the circulatory system and muscle groups while maintaining a healthy way to stay fit. Dancing gives your body an overall workout from your head to your (heel-toe-heel) toes.
Our program is designed to get you moving, whether you’re a beginner, have some dance background, or are a well-trained dancer. Our goal is to work your body as well as your mind.
