Studies have shown that dancing helps the circulatory system and muscle groups while maintaining a healthy way to stay fit. Dancing gives your body an overall workout from your head to your (heel-toe-heel) toes.


Our program is designed to get you moving, whether you’re a beginner, have some dance background, or are a well-trained dancer. Our goal is to work your body as well as your mind.

Available Classes

  • Adult Tap Tuesday, 9:30 – 10:30 AM
  • Adult Jazz/Hip Hop Thur 7:30 – 8:15 PM
  • Adult Ballet Thur 8:15 – 9:00 PM
