Runners and hope-to-be runners, we've got a place for you
We are a high energy, social group of runners of various abilities with the goal of getting the most we can out of our sport. Up your level of training, add diversity to your workouts, and have a little fun while you're at it.
The group participates in fun coached training sessions weekly where we work on different aspects to enhance our running careers.
ROAD TO RUNNING
Ever wanted to run a 5k but not sure how to start? Our Run HAC coaches will work with you to gain the confidence you need to complete the distance. The program is progressive, much like other programs on the market, but it differs by providing an individualized approach to allow participants to achieve their goal.
Off-season Training Options
June 15th - October 9th
Mondays, 6:30 am & 6:00 pm
Wednesdays, 9:15 am & 6:00 pm
The club also competes in various running events, like 5ks, half-marathons, and more. Participation is optional, and club members are responsible for any associated race fees.
