Boost
Ages 7 - 14
Experience an all-around boost in fitness training for youth, including bodyweight exercises, core, cardio, and agility training.
The Red Zone
Ages 7 - 14
Enjoy 45 minutes of sport inspired movements that will get your heart rate up! Cardio, agility, and functional training will all be included in this fun athletic- driven class.
Young Yogis
Ages 7 - 14
This 30-minute class for ages 7 and up will teaching young yogi's the foundations of yoga postures and breathing as they flow. Please bring a mat to class.
Youth Cycling
Ages 11 - 14
This class is a 45-minute cardio and strength building ride that will raise your heart rate as well as strengthen your core, back and lower body.
Vibe & Thrive
Ages 11 - 14
Experience all of the equipment that the Garage has to offer. Move through a workout that will have you moving safely and effectively. Leave feeling strong, agile and accomplished.
The Fit Zone
The Fit Zone is designed for children ages 7 and up looking to move and have some fun while their parents are working out. Kids will enjoy a rotation of activities including shooting hoops, jumping rope, short daily workouts, cornhole, and VR games.
