Available Classes


Boost

Ages 7 - 10

Experience an all-around boost in fitness training for youth, including bodyweight exercises, core, cardio, and agility training.

Youth Cycling

Ages 11 - 14

This class offers a cardio and strength building ride that will raise your heart rate as well as strengthen your core, back, and lower body.

Young Yogis

Ages 7 - 14

This 30-minute class for ages 7 and up will teaching young yogi's the foundations of yoga postures and breathing as they flow. Please bring a mat to class.

Kids Open Gym


An open space for children ages 7-14 to move about and let energy out after their days at school. Instructors will provide “suggested workouts” of the week (paper form) for those that choose to partake. Instructors will also put out various pieces of equipment for the kids to use, ie cornhole, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, jump ropes, scooters, etc. This is a time for kids to free play, try the suggested workout, or just relax in a safe space while their loved ones work out.
