BEAST CHALLENGE: Body Weight Edition

Start your new year with a challenge to get back into fitness! Schedule a 60-minute session with a HAC Beast-approved trainer and complete all nine events of the challenge within the session. You must complete each event entirely before moving on to the next event. Those who successfully complete the challenge will receive a free hoodie.

Kick-off the new year with the Today Not Tomorrow group fitness launch and contest! Enter your raffle tickets for a chance to win $100s awarded at the end of the challenge! Participants are allowed to fill out more than one card, and virtual classes also count!



  • Register and complete 15 fitness classes (repeats are allowed, but variety is encouraged) between 1/8/22 - 2/20/22.

  • Pick up a class card from the lobby area.

  • Fill out your class card with the classes you attend, and turn it in to the front desk or Greta Fowler.

  • Each class you take is worth one electronic raffle ticket towards a prize. At the end of the contest, all of your attended classes will count as one entry each for the electronic raffles

CPR, First Aid, and AED Training


Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00 pm; Saturdays 9:00 - 11:00 am

Great for individuals, schools, or workplace groups! This course meets OSHA/workplace requirements and will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults.

We are excited to be hosting our annual Frozen Frogman event benefiting Travis Manion Foundation. Register to participate in one of the three events: 1-mile swim, 3.1-mile swim, or BUD/S fitness test. 

Pool space is limited, so be sure to sign up for your event of choice soon! Registration includes entry into your chosen event, one Frozen Frogman t-shirt, and a swag bag.

Babysitters’ Training

Be the best babysitter on the block! The babysitter's course is fun and fast-paced with hands-on activities, exciting videos, role-playing, and lively discussions. You’ll gain the confidence to make smart decisions and stay safe in any babysitting situation.​

Come and experience The 300 League with obstacle course training and other challenges motivating you to exceed your limitations with teamwork. 

Each session will challenge you to reach new fitness levels no matter what your current level is. You will work individually, with a partner, and as part of a team to ensure proper form and technique is learned and achieved so you can see the greatest result in your journey. We guarantee that you will achieve your goals, have fun, experience diversity in routines, and enjoy great teamwork and camaraderie.

Restorative Yoga


Sunday, February 13th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm

This workshop will focus on opening, relaxing, and rejuvenating your body, providing an opportunity to heal and renew in poses held for a few minutes. Props will be used for support so that the body can surrender while the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated for a lower heart rate and a healthy immune system.

Certification: Fridays 6:00 - 8:00 pm; Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Re-Certification: Fridays 6:00 - 8:00 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

This course will provide entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over.

The Challenge:

Start your new year off right by earning 6,500 MEPs in the green, yellow, and red zones between January 10th and March 6th and you will receive $25 in club bucks. Easy as that!

How To Get Involved: 

New Users: Buy a MYZONE physical activity belt at the Fitness Desk, Front Desk, or with our Fitness Director and you will be invited to participate in this special challenge. All you have to do next is accept the challenge and wear your belt while exercising and you will earn your MEPS!

Existing Users: You will automatically be invited to participate in the challenge.
