305 Fitness Dance Class

9:30 - 10:30 AM | FREE

Join Haley Yanson on Saturday, September 26th at 9:30 am, in the Lower Parking Garage to try out this 45-minute non-stop cardio party. The class features fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves, and toning for your core and glutes.

Youth Circuit Fall Session



Join Coach Eric Neil for a heart-thumping, socially distanced youth training class designed to get your child the exercise they require to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Ages 7-10: Monday or Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:45 pm
Ages 11-15: Tuesday or Thursday from 6:00 to 6:45 pm

All Ages 7-15: Monday from 3:15-4:00 pm. This class will be outdoors and have 2 circuits set up to split up the age groups
In order to provide this class in accordance with Delaware’s guidelines, this session will not be offered on a drop-in basis – you’ll need to commit to the full nine-week session and we need a minimum of 3 kids in each class. Children can register for one set of weekly classes at no charge!

Golf Specific Training

Stop by an information session in the HAC Conference Room to learn more about the 6-week session of Golf Specific Training with Premier Personal Trainer Denise Boyle.


This program focuses on exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility, power, and mobility while addressing core muscles used by golfers. By using corrective exercises, this class will improve posture and maximize performance.

HAC GOES PINK: Step Challenge

Join our virtual step challenge from Oct. 1st through Oct. 31st. Help us reach $250 of donations in October while we help you reach your daily step goals! All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society in Delaware.

We will share motivation, information, and keep you accountable throughout the month in our private Facebook challenge group. Each day there will be a post in the Facebook group that you will be able to comment on to log your step total from that day. The goal is to log 310,000 steps by the end of the month. That may seem like a lot, but it is an average of 10,000 steps each day.

Full Moon Rooftop Yoga & Guided Meditation

Walk to End Alzheimer's

Join the "HAC is ALZ in" team for the Walk to End Alzheimer's that will take place anywhere and everywhere on Saturday, October 17th. The Walk to End Alzheimer's supports the Alzheimer's Association and finding a cure for Alzheimer's and other types of Dementia. Your participation and support will help the HAC community make a difference.

HAC Salutes


November 09, 2020

Join HAC's annual campaign to raise money for Operation Homefront, a non-profit organization that provides emergency and other financial assistance to the families of service members and wounded warriors. Operation Homefront has provided nearly half a million dollars in critical financial assistance related just to Covid-19.


With every purchase of an American flag, 100% of the proceeds are donated to Operation Homefront, and more flags will be added to an extremely powerful and beautiful display, lining our driveway on November 9th, 2020.
