HAC Beast Challenge

FITNESS CHALLENGE

January 1st - March 31st, 2021

Schedule a 60-minute session with a HAC Beast-approved trainer and complete all six events of the challenge within the session. Those who successfully complete the challenge will receive a free hoodie.

Steps To Your Perfect Plate

VIRTUAL STEP CHALLENGE

March 1st - 31st

Join our virtual step challenge from March 1st through March 31st. For a small donation, you’ll be added to our private Facebook group for daily motivation, recipes, and tips on personalizing your plate to celebrate National Nutrition Month®! All proceeds will be donated to Meals on Wheels of Delaware.

 

There will be a daily post in the challenge Facebook group to log your steps from that day. The goal is to log a cumulative 310,000 steps in March, an average of 10,000 steps a day. If you are already achieving this, you can push yourself to achieve 465,000 steps by the end of March, an average of 15,000 steps!

How To Get Involved: 

New Users: Buy a MYZONE™ physical activity belt for $99 at the Fitness Desk, Front Desk, or with our Fitness Director and you will be invited to participate in this special challenge. All you have to do next is accept the challenge and wear your belt while exercising and you will earn your MEPS!

Existing Users: You will automatically be invited to participate in the challenge.
