Just add water
Improve your performance, one stroke at a time.
Just like any sport, swimming takes practice if you want to improve. Technique in the water is important because the more it’s refined, the more efficiently you move through the water. While speed may not be your end game, these skills are life skills of which mastery could save your life.
Coach Jack Seibold’s, USMS Certified, Adult Swim Mechanics Clinics Program includes eight swim workshops that last an hour.
Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of swimming technique and maneuvering. Pick and choose your sessions or join us for all eight – no matter which path you take, your skill is bound to improve.
