About Damon


After sustaining a shoulder injury during a chest workout, Damon studied and became a personal trainer through ISSA. “The more you know, the better off you will be." And that was his approach in the beginning to become a trainer, and still is!


Now ten years since becoming a trainer, Damon has helped people ranging from those needing to lose weight, to those needing to approach physical qualifications for either the armed forces/police department. “In my opinion, everything has to have balance." And that is his approach now. He will give 100%, so long as he receives it. If you want a trainer that will be fun, will drive you to do your best, and will be there with you every step of the way to focus and fuel with attention to detail, Damon is the trainer for you.
