Bond With Your Little Ones


Play with your child in these special parent and toddler classes designed to promote balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. Each class introduce kids to the basics of dance, acro, or martial arts through fun, age-appropriate activities and movements that will help your child learn to follow directions while socializing with others their age. 

  • 2025-26 Session Dates

    Session 5: June 8th - July 19th, 2026 (Parents & Panthers ONLY; Parent-Tot Dance and Parent-Tot Tumbling not available during Session 5)

    Session 1: September 14th – October 25th 

    • Registration opens August 24th 

    Session 2: November 2nd – December 13th

Dance, Music & Movement

Discover the joy of movement together in our lively Parent & Tot Dance Class! This fun-filled program invites parents to bond with their little ones through music, dance, and creativity. Explore rhythm, movement, and expression through age-appropriate songs and playful routines.

In addition to martial arts skills like blocking and kicking, we'll use games and obstacle courses to help children develop essential motor skills and learn to follow directions.
