Registration closes 48 hours before the event, and refunds are unavailable 48 hours prior as well. Food and pricing differs for each night; see specific food and pricing details in Jackrabbit.

Important Policies and Procedures
Children must active HAC members ages 5+ with full bathroom skills to attend. Parents must pick up their child(ren) promptly at the end of the event. Families who do not pick up their children on time will incur a $20 fee every 15 minutes.
If a child demonstrates any behavior that is unsafe for themself or for other children who are participating, we will give the child a warning. If the behavior persists, we will contact the parent/guardian and have the child removed from the event for the duration.
