Ashley Boyer takes a holistic approach towards health and fitness goals. Ashley graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, where she then completed her Dietetic Internship. She has been a Registered/Licensed Dietitian over the past 7 years with extensive outpatient experience in weight management and Diabetes. Through many years practicing in Diabetes management she went on to receive her Certified Diabetes Educator credential.


Ashley has always been active and knew that she wanted to work with people trying to improve their lifestyles. As a dietitian, Ashley knows the importance of consuming the right fuel, but also understands that it isn’t the only piece to the health equation. Exercise is just as necessary to live a healthy lifestyle and meet fitness goals. This is why Ashley decided to pursue becoming a personal trainer. She received her certified personal training certification through NASM.


Ashley is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal performance and life balance through good nutrition and physical activity.


When she is not in the gym you can see Ashley golfing at DCC, oil painting and spending time with her young son, husband and labradoodle Bruiser.

I met with Ashley Boyer and I just wanted to say how amazing and knowledgeable she is. I felt so relaxed with her and she made me feel very comfortable talking about uncomfortable things (like my weight and workouts, etc.) After my first session with her I was very motivated and happy with what she had drawn up for me, after only a short meeting. She was amazing with pushing me to what she believes I can do without overstepping.  I left the club feeling so much better and encouraged about moving forward in my health process. So I just wanted to say thank you for the sessions, and a huge thank you to Ashley! I would recommend her (and HAC) to anyone 100%. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.
