Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had for training. My goal was to put on weight and muscle and he helped me accomplish that. Eric is very outgoing, knowledgeable and professional. His program worked for me and I wanted to say that if someone has the same goals that I had I would highly recommend Eric as a personal trainer!
