Challenge Dates:

November 15th, 2021 - January 7th, 2022

Project Zero is our challenge to not gain weight over the holidays. Yup, That's it. Simply don't gain any weight and you could win great prizes! Here's how it works:

 

You can participate as a member OR as a non-member!

There are some different benefits to each challenge:

Member Challenge

Benefits include:

  • Members receive three weigh-ins in our fitness department for accountability**.

  • Members receive a "Tips for Success" booklet put together by our Assistant Fitness Director, Rachael Ling, and Registered Dietitian, Jeannie Versagli. Remote weigh-in participants will receive this booklet digitally.

  • Members receive support and encouragement from our Fitness Department.

  • Members receive a free goal setting and measurements appointment with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers**.

  • After goal setting, members receive a free 60-minute workout with their Personal Trainer**.

  • Members receive access to the entire facility as well as over 150 free weekly group and aqua fitness classes to help them stay active and increase their chances for success.

  • Members who complete the challenge successfully will be entered into a drawing for a free entry into our 2022 Lifestyle Challenge, a free month of HAC membership, or a free black card membership upgrade for a month.

2. Sign up for the challenge through this form.

2. Attend your weigh-ins, or submit weigh-in photos from home.

4. Gain no weight (or lose some!) during the challenge.

 

Weigh in weeks:

  • November 15th - 19th

  • December 6th - 10th (optional)

  • January 3rd - 7th

Non-member Community Challenge

Benefits include:
