Challenge Dates:

November 14th, 2022 - January 8th, 2023

Project Zero is our challenge to not gain weight over the holidays. Yup, That's it. Simply don't gain any weight and you could win great prizes! Here's how it works:

 

You can participate as a member OR as a non-member!

There are some different benefits to each challenge:

Member Challenge

Benefits include:

  • Members receive three weigh-ins in our fitness department for accountability.

  • Members receive a "Tips for Success" booklet put together by our former Assistant Fitness Director, Rachael Ling, and Registered Dietitian, Jeannie Versagli. 

  • Members receive support and encouragement from our Fitness Department.

  • Members receive a free goal setting and measurements appointment with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers

  • After goal setting, members receive a free 60-minute workout with their Personal Trainer

  • Members receive access to the entire facility as well as over 150 free weekly group and aqua fitness classes to help them stay active and increase their chances for success.

  • Members who complete the challenge successfully will be entered into a drawing for a free entry into our 2023 Lifestyle Challenge, a free month of HAC membership, or a free black card membership upgrade for a month.

Weigh in weeks:

  • Week of November 14th

  • Week of December 6th (optional)

  • Week of January 3rd

Non-member Community Challenge

Benefits include:

 

  • Receive three weigh-ins in our fitness department for accountability.
