How to Participate:

  1. Sign up for the challenge.

  2. Attend at least the first and last weigh-ins at HAC

  3. Gain no weight (or lose some!) during the challenge.​​


Weigh in weeks:

  • Week of November 14th

  • Week of December 6th (optional)

  • Week of January 3rd

In-Person Weigh-In

  • Participants must weigh in during at least the first week and last week to qualify for the raffle

  • For in-person weigh-in, times will be set in advance. All participants must weigh in at the designated times, with no exceptions. No make-up sessions will be provided.

  • We will be sanitizing our scale after each use.

Challenge Dates:
November 14, 2022 - January 8, 2023

What to Expect:

  • Receive three weigh-ins in our fitness department for accountability**.

  • Receive a "Tips for Success" booklet put together by our former Assistant Fitness Director, Rachael Ling, and Registered Dietitian, Jeannie Versagli. 

  • Receive support and encouragement from our Fitness Department.

  • Receive a free goal setting and measurements appointment with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers.

  • Members who complete the challenge successfully will be entered into a drawing for a free entry into our 2023 Lifestyle Challenge, a free month of HAC membership, or a free black card membership upgrade for a month.
