How to Participate:

  1. Sign up for the challenge.

  2. Attend at least the first and last weigh-ins at HAC, or weigh yourself from home and follow our remote weigh-in instructions.

  3. Gain no weight (or lose some!) during the challenge.​​


Weigh in weeks:

  • November 15th - 19th

  • December 6th - 10th (optional)

  • January 3rd - 7th

Two Ways to Participate

In-Person Weigh-In

  • Participants must weigh in during at least the first week and last week to qualify for the raffle

  • For in-person weigh-in, times will be set in advance. All participants must weigh in at the designated times, with no exceptions. No make-up sessions will be provided.

  • We will be sanitizing our scale after each use.

Remote Weigh-In

  • Participants must follow instructions for taking and submitting photos remotely. Photos must be submitted during the first weigh-in period (November 15th - 19th) and the final weigh-in period (January 3rd - 7th).

  • The two challenge codes required for remote participants will be sent via email the day that each photo submission window begins.

Challenge Dates:
November 15, 2021 - January 7, 2022

What to Expect:

  • Receive three weigh-ins in our fitness department for accountability**.

  • Receive a "Tips for Success" booklet put together by our Assistant Fitness Director, Rachael Ling, and Registered Dietitian, Jeannie Versagli. Remote weigh-in participants will receive this booklet digitally.

  • Receive support and encouragement from our Fitness Department.

  • Receive a free goal setting and measurements appointment with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers**.

  • Members who complete the challenge successfully will be entered into a drawing for a free entry into our 2022 Lifestyle Challenge, a free month of HAC membership, or a free black card membership upgrade for a month.
