Lower body strength training and muscle building will focus on lifting heavier weight with correct technique targeting hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes.
This 45-minute total body strength training session will target all major muscle groups while focusing on correct technique.
Basic weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardio challenges are assigned to master over a set time period. A fun, 45-minute, time for kids to be active and get in some exercise, in a safe environment.
