A limited equipment class focusing on HIIT and core strength.
A 30-minute workout using only dumbbells, targeting every major muscle group.
A quick, but effective Upper Body workout! Minimal equipment, total shoulder burn guaranteed.
A 30 minute HIIT training with bodyweight or limited equipment.
Basic weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardio challenges are assigned to master over a set time period. A fun, 45-minute, time for kids to be active and get in some exercise, in a safe environment.
Lower body strength training and muscle building will focus on lifting heavier weight with correct technique targeting hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes.
This 30-minute total body strength training session will target all
major muscle groups while focusing on correct technique.
