About Tom


Tom is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). After losing 40 pounds building a backyard patio, he developed a true passion for fitness and decided to make personal training his career. His goal as a trainer is to help others reclaim their lives by getting back into shape and staying fit.


Tom believes that living a healthy fitness lifestyle is not always easy but can be achieved. As a working father of 3, he knows how difficult it can be to stay in shape. He strives to help others make small life changes that lead to big impacts. Specializing in body weight exercises and strength training, he personalizes workouts to meet each individual’s goals and needs.
