About Andrew


Andrew is a dedicated and reliable trainer who brings energy, expertise, and encouragement to every session. A graduate of the University of Delaware, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with minors in Strength & Conditioning and Military Leadership and holds his Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

 

During college, Andrew was an active member of Army ROTC and now proudly serves as a Lieutenant in the Delaware Army National Guard’s Medical Readiness Detachment. His background in leadership and discipline translates directly into his coaching style—focused, motivating, and results-driven.
