Think you've got what it takes to conquer this beast?!
Challengers must complete all nine events in order within 60 minutes to successfully conquer the beast. The event must be overseen by a HAC Beast-approved trainer.
Those who successfully complete the challenge will receive a commemorative hoodie.
$60 to participate.
You've got sixty minutes to complete these events in this order.
EVENT 1 | 100 REVERSE LUNGES
Knees to ground. Complete one
side before other side
EVENT 2 | 200 BEAR SHOULDER
Knees under hips, 90°. Knees off ground no higher than 4 inches. Balancing Pilates ball on back.
EVENT 3 | 300 SQUATS
Butt to ball, depending on height, trainer will
determine. Knees to 90°
EVENT 4 | 400 MOUNTAIN
EVENT 6 | 200 SINGLE LEG
HIP THRUST (TOTAL)
Complete one side then the other side
(100 each side)
EVENT 7 | 100 PUSH UPS
30 standard, 20 one hand on ball each side,
20 spider man, 10 clapping
- OR -
50 modified push-ups
EVENT 8 | 20 KNEES OR TOES TO CHEST (PULL-UP BAR)
Must choose one or the other
EVENT 9 | 10 PULL-UPS
Band assisted or standard (any grip)
EVENT 5 | 300 SIT UPS
Legs straight. Feet straight on ground. Reach for toes.
