Can you Conquer the Beast?

60-MINUTES TO COMPLETE SIX EVENTS
Think you've got what it takes to conquer this beast?!
Challengers must complete all six events in order within 60 minutes to successfully conquer the beast. The event must be overseen by a HAC Beast-approved trainer.
Those who successfully complete the challenge will receive a commemorative hoodie.
$50 to participate.
All competitors will receive a HAC Beast beanie for participating.
You've got sixty minutes to complete these events in this order.
EVENT 1 | 2000 METER ROW
Participants will be using Concept Rowers set to different levels depending on gender.
EVENT 4 | 50 TIRE FLIPS
EVENT 2 | 100 KETTLEBELL
Burpee to straight high plank, hands-on handle, pop back up to deadlift with correct form.
20 lb ball;
target 10 feet above the floor
12 lb ball;
target 9 feet
above the floor
EVENT 3 | 100 WALL BALL SQUATS
Each ball toss must hit the target for the rep to be counted.
10 push-ups, followed by a jump into
5 push-ups, followed by
a jump into
EVENT 5 | THE BEAST PUSH-PULL
Push-Up requirements: Must lower down enough to tap your chest to a Pilates ball and rise up enough to fully extend the arms for a movement to be counted.
Pull-up Requirements: Standard pull-up, no kipping. Any grip, must complete a full range of motion, head above bar.
