About Laura
Laura is an NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a background in both competitive sports and corporate consulting. A former Division I rower at WVU and Strongman athlete, she also spent 16 years working as a high-level business management consultant. Her personal milestones include training through three pregnancies and executing a successful 85-pound weight loss journey.
While the setting is different, Laura delivers fitness coaching with the same data-driven methodologies and structured behavior-change principles she used in industry to help clients establish sustainable gym habits. She has a unique ability to make complex fitness concepts approachable, understandable, and engaging, helping clients comprehend the “why” behind their programming while learning to have fun at the gym.
Laura’s training emphasizes foundational strength, body awareness, and functional movement patterns through many movement disciplines. Her methodology is designed for long-term health and capability, making her an ideal coach for beginners (or beginning again) looking to learn to lift safely, improve longevity, and build lifelong physical confidence.
