Advance your martial arts skills over the summer
Members ages five and up with a strong commitment to their martial arts practice can join these higher-level paid programs over the summer to progress further and develop their character as martial artists. Through this training, your child will strengthen their physical abilities and gain mental preparedness to set and achieve goals in and out of the studio.
Non-members looking to join our Summer Programming should fill out this interest form.
For children ages 5-6, this program improves motor skills, including balance, coordination, physical fitness, and self-defense. Training enhances hand-eye coordination and develops better body awareness.
Training for ages 7-13 focusing on high-level character development with state-of-the-art teaching methods. Students develop better understanding of distance, balance, reaction, and muscular endurance.
For students who wish to achieve their black belt. Children must have received a green belt or higher to join. All participants must take at least two classes per week to prepare for Black Belt testing.
Special Weapons and Training (SWAT)
Explore traditional Martial Arts techniques and weapons
Each one-week course combines martial arts training and unique teaching methods to achieve a high level of character development. Not only will children learn self-defense techniques that utilize a bo staff, arnis, and nunchucks, they will deepen their self-esteem while cultivating a greater appreciation of others. This program is designed to improve listening skills, motor coordination, and discipline and increase confidence and leadership skills
