Premium Coaching Package
This plan gives you all the tools and coaching you need to complete your race goals. It includes weekly monitoring and the ability to change the plan as life changes.
Includes
- 4 Personal Coaching Sessions for Full Marathon
- 3 Personal Coaching Sessions for half Marathon or shorter distance
- Weekly accountability through phone or email
- Personalized 16-20 week training plan for full marathon or 10-12 week training plan for half marathon
Basic Coaching Package
This plan is for someone who is a runner or has run in the past and knows what it takes to complete a goal. The runner should be self motivated and accountable. This program gives you the tools you need to complete the goal.
Includes
- 2 Personal Coaching Sessions
- Personalized 16-20 week training plan for full marathon or 10-12 week training plan for ½ marathon or shorter distance
