Hip Hop, Jazz & Acro

Get ready to “move and groove” to your favorite age-appropriate hip hop and jazz songs! Dancers will have a blast letting their inner superstars shine through during this fun week of dance, games, and arts and crafts. Students will work on basic jazz and hip hop moves, as well as tricks in acro. You don’t want to miss this week as we help our young Pop Divas learn technique, confidence, and stage presence!

June 17th - 21st, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Jazz, Tap, & Acro

Calling all trolls! It’s time to boogie, dance, and play together. Music, laughter, and fun abound as we shake it in jazz, and make fun sounds with our feet in tap! We’ll explore all genres of music as we dance, play, and learn how to improv to different styles. The dancers will even visit Troll Village in the acro area, jump on the trampoline, and do obstacle courses.

June 24th - 28th, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Ballet, Tap & Acro

Let your imagination soar, as we set sail on a magical adventure learning ballet, tap & acro skills. There’s perfect plié’s and terrific tap sounds ahead for your Princess, as well as galloping, leaping unicorns in the acro area. We’ll even get to jump on the trampoline as we journey to the enchanted castle! All our hard work will pay off, as we prepare a grand performance for the Stage Stars Ball.

Ballet, Tap & Creative Movement

We may not talk about Bruno-no-no-no, but fans of Disney’s Encanto will be talking non-stop about this magical, fantastical ballet, tap and creative movement camp! The enchanted tiles of the Casita’s Candescent Courtyard will guide dancers to unlock three glowing doorways that each reveal a dance challenge! Once completed, they’ll be granted entry into the Enchanted Confetti Casita to explore the world of dance where their vivid imaginations will brightly shine! Filled with magical movements, fantastical fun and colorful crafts, this imaginative dance camp is sure to bring glowing reviews for all who experience it!

Ready to find out if you can escape the perils of the jungle with your WILD friends? Unlock all the summer fun with The Escape Club: Wild About Dance, a jazz and hip hop dance camp with an escape room twist! Dancers will go wild unlocking secret codes each day with fun dance activities! Through immense teamwork, super sleuthing and lots of dance moves, clues will be revealed, but will the dancers break the code and make it out of the jungle by the end of the camp?! Grab your fun animal print attire to find out, and get ready to dance your way through a WILD adventure!

This week, we will focus on portraying emotions as we dance. Using the five basic emotions portrayed in Inside Out as a springboard, we will develop improved storytelling and artistic expression. Improv classes will help encourage freedom of movement and artistry, as well as ballet & lyrical to work on technique. Acro classes are held in the tumbling area, where we will use the tumble track. Students will be coached individually, to work on tricks & progressions appropriate for their level.

July 8th - 12th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

This Sparkling Dance program is perfect for those who love to sing, dance, and perform with your dance besties. You will have a blast shaking it off as you launch into an era of fearless fun and fame. The glitter and glam will be off the charts, and your jazz and lyrical dancing will never go out of style. Are you ready for it? Baby, just say yes to this bejeweled summer fun, and get ready to make the whole place shimmer.

Next stop, New York City! This week, we’re focusing on techniques needed to perform in Musical Theatre. In addition to daily technique classes, we will also work on acting and performing while dancing so we can light up that stage! Acro classes are held in the tumbling area, where we will use the tumble track. Students will be coached individually, to work on tricks & progressions appropriate for their level. It’s all about performance, poise, and precision as we prepare Broadway routines for our Parent Show!
