Six weeks to a better you 

Modifying your diet and lifestyle may seem like a massive undertaking, but it doesn't have to be. Small changes can lead to big results. 

In our six-week WellYou course, you'll learn basic nutrition and exercise guidelines to combat a multitude of health problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Changing or starting a diet and exercise regimen can aid with high blood pressure, blood sugar, weight gain, cholesterol, and more.  


While we touch on the obvious (less donuts, more spinach), our Registered Dietitian, Jeannie Versagli, will help guide you in making healthier choices on the fly, in the store, and in your pantry to craft things that you'll actually want to eat. We know a huge problem can be the convenience when it comes to food, but it's time to take a step back and make sure you're nourishing your body.


While what you eat is a major component, true transformation won't come through diet alone. You'll also receive personalized workout routines from one of our certified personal trainers. 

Weekly Education Classes

Learn the essentials of nutrition and behavior modification in guided weekly classes.

Nutrition Handbook & 150+ Healthy Recipes

Have access to nutrition tips written and approved by HAC dietitian, Jeannie Versagli, along with a library of healthy go-to meals and snacks.

Weekly Personal Training Sessions

Get in control of your exercise routine with the care and guidance of one of our personal trainers.
