Lose It for Life is a program designed to help you change your behavior and make habits stick.


There are many “diet” programs where participants find success, but "success" should continue after the program concludes. It's longevity that we're looking for — making meaningful changes that last a lifetime.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you will learn how to incorporate these changes by way of examples, lectures, and counseling. Weekly meetings will be held by a facilitator to encourage accountability throughout the course of the program.

Weekly Education Classes

Learn the essentials of nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification in guided weekly classes.

Nutrition Handbook & 150+ Healthy Recipes

Have access to nutrition tips written and approved by HAC dietitian, Jeannie Versagli, along with a library of healthy go-to meals and snacks.

Weekly Weigh-ins & Measurements

Know where you're starting and track your progress to benefit from a little added accountability.
