Over 8-weeks you will be introduced to various training styles geared towards shocking your system all the while in a fun, engaging, and safe, yet challenging environment. Tabata, HIIT, and TRX, are just a few of the various styles you will be introduced to.
This bootcamp-style class is appropriate for all levels of physical fitness and abilities. Have fun while getting fit!
Program participants will receive:
One or Two group training sessions per week for program duration
Handbook full of fitness and nutrition tips and guidelines
Weekly Exercise Sessions
1 to 2 coached group sessions each week
Nutrition Handbook & Daily Log Book
Get in the habit of tracking what you're eating and have access to nutrition tips written and approved by HAC dietitian, Jeannie Versagli.
Weigh-ins & Measurements
Know where you're starting and track your progress to benefit from a little added accountability.
