Meet Your Goals

Amanda puts an emphasis on building a foundation of mobility, plyometric/calisthenic skills that are important for lifting safely and efficiently. 

All exercises can be modified (harder and easier) to meet the individual goals and skills of the participants.

Expect to use:

  • Bodyweight Resistance Band
