HAC Crew combines machine-based water rowing with HIIT-style exercises.


Rowing is a unique movement that combines both resistance and cardiovascular training with each stroke. Getting your heart rate up helps burn fat and calories while the resistance of the rower promotes sculpting and toning of the low and high back, shoulders, chest, triceps, biceps, forearms, quads, glutes hamstrings, and calves.
