GTS gets its roots from Pilates and uses bodyweight as resistance

Gravity Training System uses bodyweight as resistance and provides a total-body workout. The unique system reduces stress on the trunk and spine, decreasing the risk of injury, while still delivering dynamic resistance to the remainder of the body.
