This class is geared to children ages 8-13 who want to have fun while challenging their fitness level. It includes aspects of cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, plyometrics, and agility training.
Each week, kids will compete against themselves to try to improve their personal goals, records, and milestones in order to promote a more active and healthy lifestyle.
