Melissa received her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a coach at Orangetheory Fitness which specializes in heart rate-based interval training. She is a true believer of a combined routine of strength training and cardio is the key to a healthy longevity. 

Growing up she and her sisters played and are still playing competitive volleyball. She has coached many volleyball teams with ages ranging from 10-18 years old as well as one-on-one private lessons and sports performance. She has a love for all sports and encourages friendly competition, determination, grit, and positive energy.

Melissa will incorporate your personal style into your workout. Her philosophy is all about finding some kind of movement that you enjoy which should also challenge and change you to become the best version of yourself. Melissa has watched her clients grow stronger, faster, improve movement patterns, lose weight, and do things they thought they could never accomplish. She digs deep with you to find your why and what motivates you. There are so many added benefits to fitness that go beyond weight loss, muscle gain, and toning and firming. It is her goal to help you feel better, sleep better, have more energy, and enjoy life
